I'm trying to set up portals in JIRA Service Desk for our customers who use different languages. So far I've not found any way for our customers to see the standard fields in their language (though the dev team using JIRA Software by changing their user profile don't have this issue - however they all work in the same language - so this isn't used - it's the Service Desk that needs to have the fields show in their language!) So is there anyway to set up customer/group profiles so that they can see the portal fields in their language?
There was a plug-in for JIRA server that looked like it resolved this problem - but I don't see anything for cloud.
