jira LDAP proxy authentication

Hi,

I'm trying to setup LDAP authentication against LDAP proxy server which forwards the query to a Microsoft Active Directory.

It works only at the beginning, but then it stops working.

I read there is a bug related to this:

My question is whther this bug has been fixed or is it relevant.

Details:

JIRA verison 5.1.2 build number 773

Java version 1.6.0._29

JVM version 1.0

Database version 5.0.95

Hi Zvika, 

On the bug's page I could see the status is still open, so this wasn't fixed yet. 

Basically, your requesting looks like very similar with the but which in my opinion, is a relevant bug for you. I recommend you to vote and keep watching the page.
