jira 7 and tomcat

Hello,

I am trying to do a manual install of JIRA 7. I need help configuring JIRA to use a local install of tomcat. This Tomcat version is mandated to be used with our official company's best practicies.

I'm afraid Atlassian have (annoyingly) dropped the WAR/EAR distributions that you would normally use for that.

I think your only real option is to do one of their installations on a temporary server and then extract all the stuff you need from it to deploy into another Tomcat

What kind of help? Are you encountering any issues?
