issuefunction has stopped working

issuefunction does not show any function e.g. worklogged etc.

It was working last week.

v - 3.0.7

It is working without any issue in staging envrionment so thought of putting on the forum before i try below options - 

1. Disable/Enable add-on
2. Update add-on
3. Restart Jira
