issue is loading infinitely

I have a issue that is in infinite loop when I try to open, the other issues are working, but this is loading, I looked in the bank and the occurrence is la, what could be?

Can you specify:

2. Is it Server or Cloud? If Server, which version?

JIRA 6.4 server.

all too much demand of the projects are displaying correctly only this occurrence in question is presenting problems when loading.
When clicking on the occurrence it does not load and does not present errors.

Initially I thought it might have been deleted and for some reason I had a problem with delete, but at the bottom it's all right, I did not find any data inconsistencies.

You'll need to read the logs to see what the error is.  Start with the application log named in system info (generally should be <jira home>/logs/atlassian-jira.log )

the log contains a lot of other data, but when researching something related to this issue does not come any more besides, you need something specific of the log ?, because it is too big to post here

We need to see what the server is doing at the time you try this action.  Without the surrounding logs (from the time you click to the time you get the error message), all we can really tell you is that there's something wrong.
