Hi @Seenivasan K , do you mean you wish to deny a customer from creating a ticket? If so, then no that is not possible unless you remove that customer from the project all together. if you mean something different, please explain in more detail.

The criteria is that the customer should be able to alter the request from the portal itself if there are errors in it after it has been submitted.

Hi @Seenivasan K , the issue can't be edited in the portal unfortunately. They would have to add a comment to clarify/correct. If you expose the transition to allow the customer to close the request they could then open a new request.
