I am trying to setup the service desk for my team but when adding customers to an organisation I made some mistakes.
Is it possible to move the customer to another organisation without deleting the customer account?
I have set up the customers so that only the ones I invite can use the portal to raise requests, and not looking to change that.
You can add customers to multipel organizations. I would also take a look at the Communities post is it possible to add a customer to multiple organisation in Jira Desk Service. There is a current Suggestion ticket the post refers to where the Organization field may not show up on the Create Issue screen in JIRA (not the Customer Portal) that you may want to vote on to help add impact.
