Is it possible that the JIRA system automatically sends a reminder to the assignee that his/her resolved issue is waiting to be closed?

You can use a filter ("Issues to be closed") like

resolution is not empty and status != closed and assignee = currentuser()

 then set up a group subscription on a daily/weekly basis (uncheck "send mail even there are no results"). Every assignee will then recieve a mail wich the topic [JIRA] Subscription: Issues to be closed

OnDemand, and the other one is a secondary 'OnDemand' password that is used to access RSS feeds and for use with the Atlassian IDE Connectors. These two passwords are managed separately in Google Apps and OnDemand respectively. New users will be asked to set this secondary password when they -,,,
