This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Configuring the customer portal
I have setup a JIRA Service Desk and used default setting on the Customer Portal.
I am wanting the customer to be able to see a list of open tickets with in their project. They have not been added as JIRA Users, only Portal customers.
Is it possible for them to see the list of issues?
