incoming mail handler - file system message.

I am trying to test this using a file system message, but complains ''Issue must have a summary. The mail message has an empty or no subject." even though it has email subject and body.

Is there any standard format of 'file system messages'??

Basically I have saved sample email message from outlook into [JIRA HOME]\import\mail as test.msg

That looks right to me, can you please attach the example .msg file here? Also, see if you can export the email directly from your mail server, instead of the mail client.
