importing test cases to Jira

is it possible importing test cases from TestLink to JIRA and exist some free tool?

Hellow Arthut, This information helped me a lot, thank you so much. But i didn´t find a: Jira(Interface:db) template , and don´t have in the links. I´m trying look for this template in the internet but i still not found. Do you have this information? Thank you so Much
