import project from one JIRA to another

I am using on-demand JIRA and would like to export a project from one of our partner's on demand JIRA into ours.

I see lots of import options, but not from JIRA but rather other trackers.

How can this be done?

Hello Tally. You can use JIRA's project import feature to do this. You can take a look on this document to more details on how to do this.

Just have in mind that you must a JIRA instance identical to the one that you are exporting your project. Also, have in mind that the project import DOES NOT import theACTIVE IBJECTS so you will have to do this before project import.

Hope this helps and let me know if there's something else I can help you.
Best regards.
