i want to create a Confluence Page using post function in a Jira workflow but without using CLI want to develop my own script post which is able to
1. Create the page using a specific template
2. Page should have the placeholder which can be replaced by the issue details such as issue priority, issue resolution etc.
Natively, Jira doesn’t support what you want, however, the Atlassian Marketplace plug-ins Script Runner for Jira and Scriptrunner for Confluence are plug-ins that could get you started. Configuring Scriptrunner in a manner that might help you was also addressed within this similar Atlassian Community answer.
Finally, you might also want to research the plug-in called PageMe!, and see if that could help you automate the Confluence page creation.
