i have add participant to jira with gmail, but their name doesn't appear yet on asignee

We have added participants by gmail. The first time we tried to assigned the task, it was full member. But when we go for the 2nd time to add assignee, the member does not appear on the list we have added before. Let me know how to solve it ASAP

For Jira software

- Please make sure the user have the jira license 

- The user must have Browse Projects,Assignable User permission 

- The person who is trying to assign the user must have  Browse users and groups global permission  and Assign Issues

Hello @CDO Admin 

  • When you mention participants, this is a service management project?
  • Are you trying to add this participant from the portal side or from the agent side (JSM project view)?
  • If this is a Jira software project, user cannot be selected from the user drop down when they do not have the Browse users and groups global permission - is this a software project?
