i forgot my username and pasword and the reset link does not come through to my mail

Hi, yes outgoing mails are active and my problem is that i am the admin and cannot access my account please help

Hi Justin

Are you sure outgoing mails are enabled in your JIRA instance? Do you get oher kinds of notifications from JIRA?
You can also ask an admin to change your password
