i cannot setup ldap

A ton of details are missing to even be able to start helping you, so here we go:

• Is it JIRA (standalone) or cloud (to labeled both)?
• If Standalone, what errors are you getting while testing a user
• If standalone, what errors do you see in the logs.
• If cloud, is you LDAP server available from internet?
• If cloud, what error do you see when test authenticating?
• Who's LDAP interpretation is it? (openldap, Active directory, .......)
