i am org ADMIN for my project, i can see system in setting

hi , in jira i cant add validator. when i check, there's a Colum for that but for me its not showing , eventho i am ORG admin, i cant see system or workflow. anyone please help .only this options are there , please help me

Are you asking about workflow validators?

FYI, you can be an Org admin without being a Jira admin.Two different things. Check if your profile has the Jira administration permission.
