@Nic Brough [Adaptavist]
Hi , I have JIRA backup Zip file and newly we setup jira in AWS-linux , to restore the data i need to place the zip file(backup) in home/ec2-user/atlassian/application-data/jira/import . I am unable to find the location of this in amazon web server. Kindly help me, i am not much familiar with Linux.

Previously its works easy with RackSpace-windows server

Try /home/ec2-user, although as you are probably logging in as ec2-user, you should usually find that you are already there when you first log in.  Use pwd to show the current location and cd to change.
