how to restict a specific group from search

i i woul like to restict some groups while searching for the groups.

i have attached the screenshot from there i can select user names as well as groups, but here i dont want see some groups here i would like to see only restricted groups.

Unfortunately that is not possible. The field where you start typing the user or group name will automatically resolve the name. It is not possible to restrict the groups that are shown.
