how to migrate an issue from one jira project to another?

I´m new til JIRA and would like to move an issue from one JIRA project to another (in the same instance). 

Any good ideas?

if you have the permission within the permission scheme you could Move an issue with system functionality: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver072/moving-an-issue-829057531.html

If you don't have the given permission, ask your system-admin.
