Hi I am currently doing an update on jira version 4.2 to version 7.1 , I indicated that I did so incremental.go to version 4.4 to version 5.4 and then to 6.4 ..but at this point got an error rate
JIRA Startup Failed
The following plugins are required by JIRA, but Have not Been started:
JIRA RPC Plugin (com.atlassian.jira.ext.rpc)
doing a little research on the internet I found this plugin was deprecated in version 6.0 and removed from version 7.0, I found that was to migrate the plugin RPC JIRA to JIRA REST API, on page certain items which plug RPC appear can replace with REST ... but my question is ... how I do this in the Jira service desk ... thanks
