how to make TRACKING URL field not required - " Tracking URL should be modified during this transition "

Hi Everyone. I have a little issue while creating a screen in jira , I didn't make certain field required but on the screen it is reflecting required . Can you help me out of this . I tried all possible ways removing , deleting , showing , hiding . its not getting rectified . can you help me ?

FIELD NAME IS : TRACKING URL .

ERROR DISPLAYED WHILE CREATING ISSUE IS : "Tracking URL should be modified during this transition."error.pngfeilds i created.pngi have marked it non required.png

You, or one of your admins, has added a validator to the workflow transition that requires that field to be changed.

You'll need to change the workflow to remove it, or use a different workflow.
