how to import ticket from dynamics crm containing attachments

I'm interested in procuring JIRA Service Desk but need to know if it has the ability to import all our ticket data that contains attachments

JIRA Cloud has support for issue import with attachments through CSV. Please see https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/importing-data-from-csv-776636762.html
