once we set the ticket to 'WAITING FOR REPORTER' we need 3 emails send out, each one 72 hours after previous, to the reporter. If reporter does not update the ticket within 9 days, it will get closed.
If your using script runner, use built-in scripts called "Escalation Service". Where you can add new service to send automated emails based on the JQL filter and also you can set the intervals(corn job).
only we can close the tickets after some interval using this escalation service how we can remind the mail to particular person for every 72 hours
