Is it posible to enable formativa for the field tips on a Service Desk screen or allow for a read only field on the screen

Hi there,

Although formatting there is not exactly WYSIWYG, you can apply markup to do some key formatting. A few tips to help you started:

  • for bold type a * before and after your text.
  • for italic type an _ before and after your text
  • for underlined type a + before and after your text
  • use square brackets for hyperlinks (e.g. /[www.atlassian.com])
  • you can use \\ to start a new line

For more inspiration, you can always search for wiki markup documentation online and experiment. Not all tricks in the book are available, but you should be able to do the most common formatting stuff.
