how to find the user, who disabled custom form screens?

Hi All,

We are around 25 jira-admins are there.Some body removed "Custom field" from the screens.

how to track the log.

Since this action is not tracked within the Audit Logs (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Auditing+in+JIRA), the only way to find the user is asking all the jira-admins.
