If a user is a Customer for more than one JSD project, then he/she sees all his/her requests under "my requests", that's quite confusing. Is it possible to filter the requests by project? A solution may be also filtering the requests by request type.
Unfortunately it's not possible to have those configs on Customer Portal. We have already created a feature request regarding this matter: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-1663
