how to filter requests listed under "My requests" based on project or request type?

If a user is a Customer for more than one JSD project, then he/she sees all his/her requests under "my requests", that's quite confusing. Is it possible to filter the requests by project? A solution may be also filtering the requests by request type.

Unfortunately it's not possible to have those configs on Customer Portal. We have already created a feature request regarding this matter: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-1663

Please feel free to add your comments and vote for it to make it more noticeable to our developers. Also refer to Implementation of New Feature Policy for more information on Atlassian's approach to the development of these improvements.

Now, we just wait to see what the dev thinks. smile
