how to evaluate vendor's work to ensure a healthy site

our vendors have been working on jira project for quite long time, now down to one vendor, still no production site yet, we need a healthy site to hand over for operation. 

how to evaluate vendor's work to ensure a healthy site ?   this is a question perhaps soon from my boss, so any suggestions , please ?  need your help

There's no way to "evaluate" a piece of work other than to test it.  Does it do what you expected it to do?

bugs already reported to vendor, so waiting for fixes, however, overall, I still think about 'healthy' site while assuming functioning well :-D
