I think we would need to know more to understand what you're asking. Is there a specific event which you want to cause the email to go out? On a schedule? Manually sent?
When you say it should include the issue, what data from the issue should be included?
yes, as this question (see my last comment) but in general I want to sent to each person in the tickets with specific status that are not closed like reminder
Hmm if you use our app, Notification Assistant for Jira then all you do is configure the JQL, set the recipient to the field you want to be the recipient such as Assignee, and set it to be one email per recipient and we default to exactly what you are asking for.
