how to disable help button notifications in top right corner

Since a couple of days, a red dot always shows up on the question mark button in Jira, notifying me of new topics in the "learn about jira" section.

Those topics are all totally irrelevant for me, how can I disable those notifications? I find them annoying.

Go away marketing people, nobody likes you, stop polluting my screen with useless crap.

The good news - you get used to it very quickly and automatically ignore it after a while  Too bad, though, they should rather work on making the response time of the platform faster instead of polluting us with spam...
