How Can I Browse Project or create issue in a JIRA Service Desk Project?

When I Logged into JIRA Service Desk and browse a project it shows I don't have permission.

I am the member of jira-users group.

I don't have jira-administrators or agent login permission.

So it is possible to browse a project in JIRA SD ?

I have given browse project permission to jira-users

You should be JIRA service desk agent to be able to view them, ask JIRA admin to add you to service-desk-agent group

Issue resolved......

You can browse project or create issue in service desk without having an Agent, even if you don't login to SD still you can do this. For that you need to go to Project–> Project Administration --> Permission --> edit permission --> the provide permission to Group ( Anyone) in browse project and create issue field.

Now Sign out your account and check...

I know about that. so to browse project or create issue I must be an agent. A customer or a user can't do this. right???
