I'm not sure what you mean by "individual boards".  If you do mean "boards that suit each user", then there's two things:

1.  Why bother?   The boards are configurable, you want them to suit an individual user, why not just let them do it for themselves?

2.  Boards are generally used for sharing, so individual boards don't have a lot of use.  But, you could construct a single board with a query that includes something like "and assignee = currentUser()". 

(Note, if you choose option 2, the board should be a Kanban, as the filter will defeat the whole purpose of collaboration, and Scrum)

Hi Srikanta

use JQL filters for the boards and construct it in a way that only shows specific member related issues. If you have more projects the same team members works with then consider using swimlanes too.
