Hi,

Currently When I m cloning the test, it is not cloning the test plan and test set associated with test. How to close the test plan and test set as well from existing test case to another?

Whenever you clone a Test issue, its specification is cloned. The related entities are not clone. Note that Tests are reusable by nature. You should avoid cloning them. A Test is like a reusable template that we can include on different Test Sets, Test Executions, or Test Plans.

So eventually what you want instead is to clone the Test Set or Test Plan issues instead; that would make sense as a test set is like a list of tests (according to some criteria).. and a test plan is like a plan of the tests you wish to perform on some version. In general, cloning the Test Plan would be more common I would say. Cloning Test Sets would probably not make much sense I have to say, as they are just list of test cases (templates).
