After upgrade to Jira 5.1 (from 4.4.3) standard labels are visible but not editable. There is no "inline pencil" and in the edit form the lable field is missing. Custom label fields are working fine.

Hi,

A issue has been raised about this. You can follow the updates -> https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-28788

As mentioned in one of the comments on the issue, you can use "L" as the shortcut to edit labels.
