how to add a column to show the issue type icon under Issue Links?

JIRA v4.4.3. the Issue type icon is not visible under Issue links of any Issue, however it's visible in dashboard.

That feature isn't included in JIRA until 5.0.

thanks for your reply..is there any options to add the issue type icon under isue links atleast as a column?. somehow i want to make the issue type icon visible under issue links. any help on this is highly appriciated!!

I don't think you have to go as far as a full compile from source code, but you need to find the .jsp file(s) that draw that section of the issue-view and add some code to draw in the icon.

Download the war version and look for files called issuelink*.jsp, it's one of them.
