From what I understand in your query, you can link the Confluence pages to your Jira issues using the more --> link --> Confluence page / Web link option. In Confluence, you can use the Jira issue/filter macro to filter and list down the issues using JQL. If this doesn't answer your question, please elaborate it with more details.
