how do update from jira 6 to 7 - Watcher Custom Field for JIRA

This is caused by the JIRA Watcher Plugin 2.5.14, which is not supported in JIRA 7.x
Resolution
Proceed to either remove or update the plugin accordingly.

But update plugin on JIRA 6.4 to unsupporter newest version (in JIRA 6) and after that do upgrade jira? If i'll remove plugin and do upgrade JIRA and install new add-on, will i lose older plugin data? That is not clear to me.

I think what you should do is: disable the plug-in, upgrade JIRA, upgrade the plugin. You can also contact the plug-in vendor if needed.
