how do I set up a notification for an issue that is moved into Owner Review?

I need to set up a notification to go to a specific team member when an issue/story is moved to owner review in the work flow.  How do i set that up?

If you want to create a custom event, you'll create the event, add it to the notification scheme, then add it to the workflow:

You can expand the notification recipients if you want beyond the single user later perhaps adding a group of users if you wish.
