Steps:
Hi Steve
you can use simple JQL for select all stories in your project.in your JIRA interface there is a place for search issues in right corner in menu bar. type your project key word and search and it will return all issues under that project key word. then there is a place for enter JQL queries after the page loads. it
displays project = "project key" then type the rest of the line like this..
project = "your project key" AND Issue Type = "Story"
then it will return your all stories...then export the issues as you wished..into PDF or word document....

Hi Steve,
From JIRA top menu bar, select "Issues", then "Search for issues". Display the issues you wanna print with the search options.
Once the issues you want to print are listed, select "Export" menu on screen top right corner, then select "Pintable" (or PDF, Word, Excel format).
Cheers,
F.
