how do I implement view that shows user tasks list?

What exactly do you mean for task list? Issues assigned to them?

I have test task, description below. But I don't know how to do that...  Can you help me? 

Details:
- Implement view that shows user tasks list.
- The view allows user to mark some tickets and to delete it by clicking button “Delete”.
- When deletion completes deleted rows should disappear from the view.
