how do I create macro to create a ticket in JIRA

Hi,

We have to create multiple tickets at our office. I need to know if we can create a macro to fill basic information about the issue and rest we can add or edit later. I have been using macro in Remedy. I am looking for similar functionality in JIRA too.

I m also looking for the same..is there any possible to automate using excel +macro..( is it possible copy contents to excel sheet and applying macro,it will create the ticket automatically)
