how do I create a "generic" user for queue intake

I am looking for details on how I can create a generic user (such as "Intake") where I can accomplish the following (or another way to do this):

1) When stakeholders send new tasks to my team, they can send to "intake" versus having to specify a particular person'

2) I can have several people monitoring "intake" for new tickets

3) I can have all emails assigned to "Intake" go to multiple people or a Distribution List containing multiple people.

This may work for you:

• Create that account using JIRA Internal directory then it's email address should contain the distribution list of whatever you like. 
• Update your project's default assignee to "intake"
• Login as intake and modify it's preference to "Always watch for issues"
