This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Setting up service desk users
I have 3 service desk portals for 3 different clients. I need to make sure customers in one portal cannot see requests in the other portals or even see the other portals at all, but at the same time, I would like each customer in a single portal to be able to view (and preferably comment on) requests created by other customers in the same portal (not just their own requests). There is an option for the customer to view requests created by me or created by anyone but the anyone option always comes up empty for a user that hasn't created any issues but I want them to see all of the other requests in that portal.
