how can i revert my billing plan with previous billing plan

I have plan with 10 users . for testing purposes i added more 2 users. again deactivated that extra 2 user. can i get my extra cost revert back on my account. Please revert my extra 50$ on my accounts.

Raise a request on support.atlassian.com

But, if you have not been charged yet then you will automatically be dropped down a tier if you don't have the usage levels to justify that tier.
