how can i auto set the reporter as an approver?

i need to set the reporter as an approver automaticly after close the case for approval.

is it posible to make this? or How?

approver=@reporter

 i do ot make it with user picker field type?

how can i add a variable user (@reporter, @account manager) in fileds?

I don't think it's possible out of the box with JIRA (there's no post function that does this), but with ScriptRunner using a custom script post-function it's possible:
