how can I create a confluence page from a Jira issue?

I am using Jira/Confluence Server.  I can see that I can link to an existing confluence page from Jira, but I can't seem to figure out how to create a page.  I've seen an article that says it's possible for Epics, but it looks like maybe that's only available if you use a Scrum project type?  We are using Kanban.

A shortcut to create Pages linked to Epics is ONLY avaliable on a SCRUM board. The KANBAN board does not include the same functionality.

I'd assume we'll get that function soon. Planning mode for Kanban is in LABS so they'll be able to address this feature request soon – https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSW-7052
