You can't - a field is either valid for an issue or not.
You can remove fields from screens though, so it might not be visible after creation, or doesn't appear on create, only edits or transitions later.
Place the field on the right screens.

I added a view issue operation and i associate with a screen wich contains my custom field but it did not have any effect.

Ok, does the field have any data in it? Jira hides fields from view if they are empty, to reduce screen clutter.
