Ho Hachiko,

I could see the image after copy/paste. :)

Which versions are FishEye and JIRA?

Also, does the user in Crucible has permission to see this issue in JIRA?

Please open a ticket for FishEye in http://support.atlassian.comand add there 2 support.zip files, one from JIRA and other from FishEye.

Hi Hachiko,

The image link is broken.

If you are connecting FishEye/Crucible with JIRA On Demand the local instance should be running under ports 80 or 443 with valid certificate.

Could you please paste the error that you are facing here as text?
