Get a new licence key for 250 users (or keys if you have add-ons) and apply them to your system.

We did it, but now I am tying to make the upgrade and the system drop the following error

Ah, the ordering system is down - you can either wait for them to fix it, or ping them on the link given to chase it up (I'd do the second personally, in case it's something they don't know about already)
