giving a user administration privilages

Is it possible to give a user administration privilages and if so how? I want one person to be able to create and manage sprints and I have read that is only possible if the person has admin privilages.

Hi Max,

If you have the Global Permissions as default, if you add the user to the jira-administrator group, this user should be able to create and manage projects, sprints, etc.

Please, for more information about JIRA permissions, check the documentations below:

Cheers.

You'll just need to make sure they have project administration privs (edit the project permissions). They don't need global admins privs (be careful who you give that to since they can do a lot of "fun" stuff).
